How to Focus Chi Into Your Fist

Qi, also known as Qi or qi, is the energy we give to life. Wushu, traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture are all based on concentration, balance or adjustment of Qi. Especially the practice of Qigong, also known as Qigong, Taiji teaches students to focus on and tap Qi.
