4. Apricot, pistachio and oatmeal energy bars

Maggie moon, M.S., RD, the author of the elimination diet work manual, created her own pistachio almond energy bar to meet her natural sweet taste of sweet fruit, extracted rich cream from healthy nut pistachio, and extracted a mellow tone from the whole grain. She uses pomegranate molasses to add sweetness and orange juice or olive oil to keep the mixture from getting too dry. Together, these ingredients make up a comprehensive nutrition bar, providing carbohydrates, proteins, fats, fibers, vitamins and minerals.
