2. Sriracha skyr "ranch" condiment what is the most popular salad condiment in the United States? NPD group calls it "Swiss Army knife salad dressing". Unfortunately, it often contains a lot of unnatural ingredients. But you can also eat your farm condiments. It features skyr, an Icelandic yogurt rich in protein and probiotics. Or, if you like, Greek yogurt. Don't forget the lavish kicks of Sriracha. Pour it on all American salads, or drink raw vegetables in them.

4. Tropical mango Mint vinegar sometimes requires a sweet balance in salads. Sure, with fruit. Or more interestingly, mix the fruit and extra virgin olive oil, lime juice, red onion, fresh mint and a pinch of sea salt in a blender. Almost any fruit will do. Our recipe contains mango, cream, sweetness and tropical flavor. Mango is a key source of potential anticancer polyphenols. Pour this refreshing vinegar on salads with dark green and nuts, or on grilled fish.

5. This vinegar is a perfect balance between sweet and spicy. The sweetness comes from unsweetened applesauce and a small drop of pure maple syrup. "Hot" mainly comes from chili sauce. The end result? Yummy! Stir in chopped cabbage salad or mix with soba noodles, vegetables and fresh coriander.

6. Pure avocado "Caesar" sauce obviously can't make Caesar Salad without Caesar sauce. But you can use a new fanged Caesar dressing. If you yell "no" at the sight of anchovies or raw egg yolks, this dressing can make you fully enjoy an unforgettable Caesar salad. Avocado provides milk fat (and an amazing amount of fiber; 3 grams per third of medium avocado). The pure Worcestershire sauce and the natural tamari give it a little taste. Mix the spices in the spice package with Roman and wholemeal bread. If you're not a vegetarian - or just a part-time disposable - throw some parmesan cheese!

7. Anju pear pomegranate juice

Anju pear sounds very fancy, but actually it is a common pear. It provides a natural sweetness and texture to this balsamic vinegar. But you need to know the trick: gently press the pear's neck with your thumb; when it succumbs to this pressure, it matures. After ripening, put it into a blender to make fruit vinegar juice. The natural peach color comes from adding 100% pomegranate juice. Juice has stronger antioxidant effect than the same amount of AAI juice or red wine! Enjoy the sauce on your chosen salad.
