since I wrote a book about happiness planning, I have received a steady stream of letters from readers who asked me for advice on everything from parenting to time management. But a recent letter caught my attention. In my book plan for joy, I talk about the multiple hormonal benefits of sex. However, my readers have not had sex yet.
