Jon's coach, James White, told men's health that the outsider star had to spend some extra time strengthening and exercising his gluteus muscles to adapt to his important role. To do this, the coach asked horn to spend a day cross training his legs, including squatting, dead body lifting, adjusting his work, and even using the booty band. What's the best part of the sport?
